Our passion for pasta was ignited 7 years ago when our family visited the Pike Market in Seattle Washington. We saw a pasta stand there that had pasta we had never seen in our area.

We set out to make our own pasta with organic and locally grown ingredients in the traditional old world way.

The tools we use to make the pasta are all imported from Italy.

We use only organic flour and organic vegetables, fruits, herbs and spices to make a flavored pasta that brings a new level of taste and style to any pasta dish you may serve.

The shaped pasta is made using bronze dies imported from Italy . Pasta made with bronze dies has more texture than other pasta and has a great sauce holding ability.

The pasta is dried low and slow to lock in all the fresh flavor.

The Organic Whole Wheat, Emmer, Spelt, Rye and Corn Flours are all sourced locally and milled locally. The Organic Durum Semolina is grown by the North Dakota Grain Co-op and milled for us upon order.

Each pasta flavor comes with a recipe to help you on your way towards this new pasta experience.

Our Durum Semolina pasta has 7 grams of protein per cup plus the protein from all the other ingredients that make the flavors.

Our Whole Wheat has 14 grams of protein per cup and the amazing locally grown Emmer Flour has a whopping 24 grams of protein per cup.

Cook the pasta for about 8 minutes and serve al-dente.
